To perform any operation in the mail service you need to first enter the mail by logging in. If you’re not able to do so due to some glitch, then you can get the help of the customer care and dial the assistance number to speak to a Yahoo representative or you can navigate to the help center. In addition to this, you can get the necessary assistance from the tech videos on Youube.

Ohh yeah, this is the solution to my problem. I was facing a bit problem logging in to the yahoo account. This has solved my problem that was very common during working. Here I want to say thanks to this article - to help me to sort out this problem.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as new The owner will remain somebody.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from somebody to the specified user. Next status will be 'new'.
The owner will be changed from somebody to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
